Auto Masters Byford is opening soon, and we’re looking for highly experienced automotive technicians with exceptional diagnostic and problem-solving skills to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys the challenge of tracking down complex faults and fixing vehicles accurately. If you’re the technician other technicians come to when they’re stuck—and you enjoy taking ownership of the major repairs—we want to hear from you. What We’re Looking For:

• Extensive experience as an automotive technician
• Outstanding diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
• Strong understanding of modern vehicle systems (mechanical and electrical)
• High attention to detail and pride in quality workmanship
• Ability to work independently and within a team
• Reliable with a strong work ethic
• An overall ‘Can Do’ attitude

Your Responsibilities:

• Diagnose complex vehicle issues efficiently and accurately
• Take the lead on larger repairs and challenging mechanical & electrical work
• Ensure all work is completed to a high professional standard
• Assist with solving difficult technical problems in the workshop
